Setup & teardown included

Professional setup and teardown are included in the rental price, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Access & setup requirements

Pricing assumes the dance floor can be set up within 50 feet of trailer access on a firm, level surface such as pavement, concrete, or similar hardscape.

If setup requires difficult access, including but not limited to:

• Long carries
• Stairs
• Gravel, dirt, or uneven surfaces
• Narrow or obstructed pathways

an additional access charge may apply.

Delivery & pickup schedule

Standard pricing includes delivery and pickup between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requests outside of these hours may be subject to an additional service fee and are based on availability.

We will always review your setup conditions in advance so there are no surprises on event day.
