Comfortably accommodates approximately 80-100 dancers at one time, depending on event layout and energy.

Ideal for events with roughly 150-250 guests.

The price you see is the price you pay, with only a 7% optional damage waiver.

Setup & teardown included

Professional setup and teardown are included in the rental price, ensuring a hassle-free experience for your event.

Access & setup requirements

Pricing assumes the dance floor can be transported within 50 feet of trailer access on a firm, level surface such as pavement, concrete, or similar hardscape.

If setup requires difficult access, including but not limited to:

• Long carries
• Stairs
• Narrow or obstructed pathways

an additional access charge may apply. Note: We will not set up on gravel, dirt or uneven surfaces.

Delivery & pickup schedule

Standard pricing includes delivery and pickup between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requests outside of these hours may be subject to an additional service fee and are based on availability.

We will always review your setup conditions in advance so there are no surprises on event day.
