The price you see is the price you pay, with only a few optional add-ons and setup requirements based on your event:

Optional add-ons

• Sidewalls: $40 per wall
• String lighting: optional add-on for ambiance (pricing varies based on setup size)
• Tent heaters: seasonal availability (pricing varies based on conditions)
• Damage waiver: 7% of rental total

Weights (when required)

• $22 per weight
• 12 weights are required for this 20' x 40' tent when installed on hard surfaces or when staking is not allowed (such as concrete, asphalt, or areas with sprinkler systems or underground utilities).

Access & delivery requirements

Pricing assumes the tent can be set up within 50 feet of trailer access and that equipment can be rolled on firm, accessible ground (such as pavement or similar hardscape).

If setup requires difficult access, including but not limited to:

• Long carries
• Stairs
• Steep or narrow pathways
• Gravel, dirt, or sand surfaces
• Windy or obstructed access routes

an additional access charge may apply.
