• String lighting: optional add-on for visibility and ambiance (pricing varies)
• Damage waiver: 7% of rental total

Weights (when required)

• $10 per weight
• 4 weights are required for this 10' x 10' pop-up tent 

Access & delivery requirements

Pricing assumes the tent can be set up within 50 feet of trailer access and that equipment can be rolled on firm, accessible ground (such as pavement or similar hardscape).

If setup requires difficult access, including but not limited to:

• Long carries
• Stairs
• Steep or narrow pathways
• Gravel, dirt, or sand surfaces
• Windy or obstructed access routes

an additional access charge may apply.
